Is there a minimum order?
No – we can make your stationery for any number no matter how big or small.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
This depends on the size of order and complexity of the design you choose. We aim to dispatch invitation and save the date cards within 4 weeks from receipt of order and the rest nearer the actual wedding date. In the event that an order is needed more urgently, we will try to prioritise it and an additional charge would apply for this service.
Can I order a sample of a design?
Yes – we like to think our rates are very competitive and so to ensure we continue this, we have to charge for samples at a reduced rate of £2.50 per item. We can provide samples of everything except Orders of service, Menus and Table Plans. This cost will, however, be taken off the total price of your order, should you wish to continue.
When should I send out invitations?
It’s normal to send out your invitations 3 months before the wedding date. However in some circumstances you may need to give people more time to keep the date free – why not send a Save the Date card instead? These can be sent any time and act as a great way to announce your engagement to those friends and family that are more distant!
Can I choose my own wording?
Of course you can. In today’s society we know that everyone has their own way of wording things and so you can either use one of our suggested inserts or choose your own. We can help you find an alternative if you would prefer.
What if I need last minute invitations after I receive my order?
No problem – just give us a call and we will do these for you at the same rate, unless you need them urgently, where an additional express charge will apply. Please note as the materials may be ordered separately, there may be a chance of slight colour difference - see our terms and conditions
When will you need details for seating plans/ place names/ order of service?
We will need these details by at least 5 weeks before the wedding, as we aim to deliver the remaining stationery 3 weeks before the wedding.
I like a certain design, but can I have it in my wedding colours?
Providing we can get the specific materials for that design in a colour to match, we can of course change the design to suit. If we cannot find an exact match, we will try our best to find the nearest one and send for your approval.
Can you produce a card in my own design?
Yes – if you have an idea of a design in mind please see our bespoke service page.
Are envelopes and inserts included in the price?
Yes all envelopes and inserts are included and we always include 5 spare envelopes for free for every order of Invitations and Save the Date cards in case of any mistakes when addressing them!
Do you offer a postal management service?
Yes we do. Please see our bespoke service page for more details.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes no problem at all and all the same terms and conditions apply. Postage will be calculated individually to the order as normal.
How much will shipping cost?
All our shipping costs are included with the exception of overseas deliveries - see above comment.
Do you have any special offers or do you do bulk discounts ?
If you visit our stand at a Wedding Fair, you will automatically qualify for a discount. We will also have a design of the month promotion every month. .
I cannot find the colour or typeface I want?
If the colour or typeface you require is not listed please do not hesitate to ring or email us and we will be happy to help wherever possible.
